P. C. Cyriac is a veteran bureaucrat who served as the Chief Secretary of Tamil Nadu. He took voluntary retirement to fight corruption and malpractices in public governance. He attended a Post Graduate Programme in Public Sector Management from the Strathclyde Business School, Glasgow, UK. During his illustrious career as a public administrator, he served as the Chairman of Rubber Board and Tamil Nadu Electricity Board. He is the Founder Chairman of the Anti-Corruption People’s Movement of Kerala and also the President of INFAM – the largest independent Farmers Movement in Kerala. Earlier he was the director and chairman of the Federal Bank Ltd.
